Malen is led by Mitch Abrahams, a real estate professional with over twenty years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Abrahams has extensive experience in the renovation and re-development of luxury apartment property. Mr Abrahams was formerly Executive Vice President of Great West Life Realty Advisors Inc. In that role Mitchell aquired over $3.5 billion in Canadian real estate and oversaw a portfolio of over 14,000 rental apartments. He is the Chairman of the Federation of Rental Property Owners of Ontario and a Director of the Ontario Realty Corporatio

Designed in the 1950’s by Peter Dickinson, Toronto’s pre-eminent modernist architect, The Benvenuto has been infused with a new spirit through the combined efforts of a leading team of professionals. Gordon Ridgely, architect for many of Toronto’s finest homes, has created each suite layout. His work is complemented by that of Bryon Patton, well-known as the interior designer for many of the city’s finest condominium projects, and John Lloyd, a leading landscape architect.
