The Benvenuto Group is a developer of residential and retail properties in Ontario and Quebec. The company is led by Mitchell Abrahams, a real estate professional with over twenty five years of commercial and multi-family residential real estate experience. In his former role, as Executive Vice President of Great West Life Realty Advisors Inc., Mr. Abrahams acquired over $3.5 billion of Canadian real estate and was responsible for a portfolio of more than 14,000 apartments. Propelled by steady growth since 2003, with over $1 billion in shopping centres, apartment properties and development projects, the Benvenuto Group continues to grow as a passionate team focused on creating value and special places for its partners and residents.

Designed by Peter Dickinson, Toronto’s pre-eminent modernist architect, The Benvenuto has been infused with a new spirit through the combined efforts of a leading team of professionals. The late Gordon Ridgely, architect for some of toronto’s finest homes, conceived the Benvenuto’s re-designed lobby, with its’ dramatic views over the city skyline. Les Klein of Quadrangle Architects added the amazing rooftop fitness addition and the parking garage re-design. Their work is complemented by that of Bryon Patton, well-known as the interior designer for many of the city’s finest condominium projects, and John Lloyd, a leading landscape architect.

Together they share a special passion for this project, and a commitment to preserving and enhancing a landmark building, which offers exceptional living in midtown Toronto.
